Ask Us Reference Service Training Feedback
I especially enjoyed the database training part. I think I will find the Novelist database very useful to use in looking up books in a particular series. It will be also useful in suggesting books to people want a different author in a genre they like.

Ask Us Training - small steps
The training session was a brief look at the vast amount of information available to us as library staff. A short period daily doing some practical application of the resource tools we have at our disposal will now be an essential part of integrating the seminar. I need to take small steps to continue my growth of knowledge in information technologies.

library science collection
Please visit the following page http://opac.lib.sk.ca and place a request to order books from the Library Science collection. I enjoyed the value added readers advisory services we can provide using Fiction Connection and Novelist. I showed those features to Lorraine last night.

Feedback
I enjoyed the Ask Us session. I learnt a lot of new things that may be useful when i am helping a patron. The instructor was very good at teaching us and he went through things step by step. I was most interested in Novelist and Fiction Connection. They will be very helpful when i'm looking for new books to read! -Jennifer

Participants' Feedback
The training was very informative. Previously, I was not familiar with the Ask Us Reference Service, but now I know how to use the software. The instructor was thorough and helpful.
